Vincent Cioci is the Chief Executive Officer of Luck Grove, an engineering and construction
company specializing in telecom and utility infrastructure. Since joining Luck Grove, Vincent has

Vincent's journey at Luck Grove began in an entry-level position as a survey technician.

various roles, including Engineering Project Manager and VP of Business Operations, before
assuming the role of CEO in 2021. Under his leadership, the company has grown to over 200
employees with regional offices in Chicago and Tampa, delivering comprehensive services
across the nation. Recognized for his visionary leadership, Vincent was honored with the
Central New York Business Journal’s “Forty Under 40” award, spotlighting him as a rising talent
in the business and digital technology sectors.

Vincent serves on the Board of Directors at CIO Enterprises, where he supports the company's
strategic initiatives in food production, and the Onondaga Civic Development Corporation,
contributing to economic development efforts in Central New York. A sought-after business
consultant, Vincent also advises executives across various industries, bringing his expertise in
