Sowmyanarayan Sampath is Chief Executive Officer of Zayo, the largest pure-play digital network infrastructure provider in the United States, and a seasoned leader with more than two decades of experience leading large-scale consumer and enterprise businesses. Prior to joining Zayo, he served as CEO of Verizon Consumer and CEO of Verizon Business, where he led global enterprise, networking, and communications solutions. Earlier in his career, Sampath was a Partner and Managing Director at Boston Consulting Group, leading the firm's Global Communications Practice. He serves on the Board of Canadian Tire Corporation, is a Chartered Accountant, and holds an MBA from Boston University.
