Mike Nold serves as Vice President Corporate Development & Strategy for Equinix Americas. He leads the prioritization and execution of organic and inorganic investing across the Americas including M&A, Real Estate acquisitions, new data center campus development, data center expansions, and joint ventures. Mike has served an operator, corporate development executive and private equity investor across digital infrastructure, information technology and business services. Prior to Equinix, Mike was EVP Corporate Development & Strategy for Zayo Group during which he also oversaw the development of Zayo’s environmental program and its plan to achieving NetZero 2030.  Previously, Mike spent many years as a private equity investor and operating partner, including two tenures as CEO of portfolio companies. He also served as Vice President of Corporate Strategy for Hewlett Packard, Director of Product Marketing for Avanex (now Lumentum), and as a consultant for Bain & Company.
