Michael is the CEO of telMAX. telMAX is deploying and all fiber network service businesses and consumers and is Canada’s fastest ISP and fastest growing ISP. As CEO he is responsible for all aspects of telMAX operations and executing it’s strategic growth plan.

Michael brings decades of digital infrastructure experience. After starting his career in R&D he gained experience in technology, IT, operations, customer service and sales. Over the past decade he demonstrated significant strategic and operational M&A expertise and successfully led several complex corporate integrations/separations and business transformations. He has served as a CEO, President, COO and CTO. Most recently he held senior leadership positions at Zayo Group, Allstream and Bell MTS.

He earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering with an Option in Management Science from the University of Waterloo. Michael was the chair of the board of MEF (mef.net) an industry organization advancing ubiquitous global IT networking. He is licensed pilot, a retired slow triathlete, and an avid skier.
