Gavin Keirans

Gavin Keirans is the CEO of Blue Stream Fiber, leading the company’s multi-state growth and continued expansion into national markets, while developing a scalable fiber platform. In his role as CEO, Gavin oversees one of the fastest growing fiber providers in the United States focused on bulk internet & connectivity solutions across residential, condominium, and multifamily communities. Gavin also sits on the Board of Directors for Blue Stream Fiber, alongside Private Equity ownership from GI Partners and Sixth Street.

In 2026, Gavin was named Executive of the Year by Cablefax, the leading trade publication for the industry.

Gavin also previously held executive roles as Vice President of Altice USA (Fortune 500 telecom, now Optimum Communications) and Vice President of The Madison Square Garden Company.

Prior to Blue Stream, Gavin also co-founded and led an Inc. 5000 business (ROX Strategy), overseeing the firm to being recognized as one of the fastest growing companies in the US.

Additionally, Gavin previously worked at Accenture in their strategy practice supporting global companies.
