Glass Routes is an FTTH platform backing companies building new broadband networks across the Southeastern United States. The company currently supports two fiber network operators, Ripple Fiber, where Greg Wilson serves as CEO, and HyperFiber, led by previous i3 Broadband CEO Dan Kennedy. Glass Routes leverages proprietary software tools to target markets with minimal existing fiber coverage, sufficient density for cost-effective builds, and positive demographic trends. Ripple Fiber and HyperFiber construct and operate the networks, achieving strong customer adoption rates driven by seasoned sales and marketing teams. With over 100 years of cumulative industry experience, the leadership teams at Glass Routes, Ripple Fiber and HyperFiber are well positioned to scale fiber deployment across the region rapidly. Glass Routes is majority owned by Platform Investment Partners’ US Fiber Fund and supported by active and experienced minority investors. Today, the group has more than 60,000 passings, and its equity commitments will see it through its first phase of build to a couple hundred thousand passings.
