Warren Roll is a senior member of the Fengate infrastructure investmentteam, with more than 25 years of experience in investing, M&A, asset management, and operations.

Warren leads Fengate's digital infrastructure investment strategy and oversees all new investments in the fiber, small cells, telecommunications towers, and data center sectors. He is a member of Fengate's investment committee and is on the board of eStruxture Data Centers.

Prior to Fengate, Warren was a senior executive at DigitalBridge Investment Management, one of the largest global, dedicated digital infrastructure investment firms. Prior to DigitalBridge, Warren was a Senior Director at PSP Investments, one of Canada’s largest pension investment managers.

Warren holds an MBA and HBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business. He joined Fengate in 2025.
