Todd Holder is a Managing Director in the Mergers & Acquisitions group and the Global Head of Infrastructure. Most recently, Todd was Head of US M&A at TD Securities, and prior to that led the Communications, Media and Technology M&A effort. Todd has over 20 years of experience with involvement in ~$200bn worth of mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions, spanning public and private M&A. Prior to joining TD Securities, Todd worked in Media and Telecom Investment Banking for both UBS and Banc of America Securities. Select significant assignments include advising Advance Newhouse on the $122B three-way merger between Charter Communications, Time Warner Cable, and Bright House Communications; Morrison & Co's first telecom investment in North America with the acquisition of FiberLight; and the merger of Global Signal and Crown Castle. Todd received a Bachelor of Arts from Syracuse University and an MBA from the University of Rochester.
