Sean Kennedy joined AB in 2014 and is a Director of AB Private Credit Investors, where he is involved in originations, primarily focused on the digital infrastructure and services sector, as well as generalist sponsor coverage. Kennedy was formerly a director on the Credit team at AB Private Credit Investors, where he was involved in structuring, underwriting and execution, and portfolio management. Prior to joining AB-PCI, he was an associate in the Fixed Income Global Credit Research Group at AB, focusing on high-yield and leveraged-loan transactions. Prior to that, Kennedy was an associate in the Asset and Principal Finance Group at Nomura Securities. He holds a BS in business administration from Carnegie Mellon University.
