Mr. Bank serves as Vice President & Senior Counsel of First American Title Insurance Company, and as a Director in its Energy Services practice group. His work focuses on insuring energy and infrastructure projects for a deep client roster of developers, sponsors, law firms, lenders, investors, and consultants. First American’s Energy Services team has insured many of the most complex transactions in the industry during Mr. Bank’s tenure at the company, including several first-of-their-kind insurance structures. Mr. Bank manages communication and workflows among Energy Services and First American’s vast network of direct operations, agents, abstract firms and outside counsel.

Prior to joining First American, Mr. Bank practiced law with Chadbourne & Parke’s (now Norton Rose Fulbright’s) globally ranked Project Finance practice group. During his time in private practice, Mr. Bank led several of the largest and most novel financings in the energy space.

Mr. Bank is a graduate of Bucknell University (B.S.) and The National Law Center of The George Washington University (J.D.). Mr. Bank is a member of the New York and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. He is a frequent speaker on real estate and title insurance issues.
