A graduate of Auburn University, Andy has over 30 years of experience in the banking industry and has been with CoBank since 2001. As a Relationship Manager for CoBank’s Digital Infrastructure Lending Group, Andy is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, structuring and monitoring loans to Digital Infrastructure providing broadband infrastructure to predominantly rural communities. During his tenor at CoBank, Andy has closed loan facilities for Local Exchange, Wireless, Cable, Fiber Transport, CLEC and Tower companies. Andy’s customers are providing and deploying the most advanced and robust broadband networks in some of the most rural locations in the United States.  Andy is heavily involved in a variety of industry associations, previously served on NTCA’s Associate Member Advisory Counsel and currently serves on The Foundation for Rural Service Board.
