Amber Jackson is an experienced journalist, having joined the Capacity editorial team in July 2025 as a Senior Reporter. She covers a broad range of global business news related to technology and telecoms and has strong knowledge of AI, digital media and data centre sectors. Prior to joining Capacity, she wrote for the BizClik magazine portfolio and was most recently editor of Data Centre Magazine. Amber holds a BA in English from the University of Exeter and a Master’s degree from King’s College London.
